Hey folks,

My Kernel Builder Utility is now available for download from my site:

Please let me know what you liked about it or what you don't like, or which features should be added or deleted in a later version.

Download setup file only (3,269 bytes)
It's not that small....that's 3k...it's 3MB.

I downloaded it and installed it and was very eager to give it a go but i can't as it won't set up properly. It keeps saying that the file sizes are incorrect when i install and i tried resetting them but this had no effect.

Do i need to set them manually in the registry if so can you give me the loacation of where they are.

Cheers
Peter

Same here... Is checking sizes really neccassary? If you want to make sure nothing has been changed, you'd be better off using MD5 checksums.

Registering? Delete that 'feature'... this is supposed to be free software, so it doesn't need registering, not to mention you want WAY to much info(let me emphisize that, WAY to much info).

Looking good... though it seems far from finished.

If you would like help on it let me know and I'll help you next time I need a small break from working on my OS.

MSI = MicroSoft Installer

MS is trying to make it the standard on Windows.

Xinix is one of MS's old OS names...they use to make their own version of UNIX and sell it.

Suhmaamiar -> the "tutorial" is included in the package. By the way, it's more like a How-To than a tutorial.

If you know a way to make VB programs run on a linux system, tell me!
