All i've done so far is a boot loader...
I am confused a bit abt what i shud write..
I see people talkin abt writing their Kernels in C
How wud it work at all??I mean am i supposed to start off with a linker to support the C libraries ???
I saw one site which ses i can write my very own libc...or just recompile the existing libc..which i suppose means i shud write compiler?I always thot Compilers come packaged with C or whatever programming language rather than the OS..is that incorrect?
I dont get it..what exactly is the libc..is it an object file?If it is.. i suppose writing a linker wud do??
