What's the C drive (!EASY!)
Im trying to read from the C drive. According to the interrupt list, the hard drive is defined by the 7th byte. So is that 00000010, 00000001, 0100000000 or 100000000. When I search, I see "80h" everywhere. That means it is 01100100 right? So what should I do to read from the C drive? Which "dl" value?

Each number in hexadecimal represents 4 bits. 0x80 is the hexadecimal notation of the binary value of 10000000b, in which is one byte.
In binary (which accends from right to left) and hexadecimal notation everything starts at 0, not 1... so in 1 byte, bit 7 is the leftmost bit (7,6,5,4,3,2,1,0). A hard drive designation is defined as the 8th bit (bit 7) being present (set to 1).
DL = 0x80 (10000000b). The first physical HD device in a PC.
