PS/2 Keyboard Page update

Could it be made clearer that the set byte for keyboard scan codes is not as simple as 1, 2, 3, rather it is the translated codes on the get side 0x43 etc.

What do you mean? The wiki page already lists both raw and translated responses. That seems clear enough to me.
