Just for the sake of curiosity... has Pakistan any relationship to Afganistan? That same goes for Iran and Afgania...

Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iran are neighbours. Afghania was the name of one of the provinces Pakistan was originally founded on. (North-West Frontier Province today.)

All in all I fail to see the punch line of the OP. He's not completely wrong, not completely right either, and as intentional misinformation it's not even funny.
Every good solution is obvious once you've found it.
