There's so many other things you can write about, why death? I don't really understand. Music is supposed to be the expression of one's emotions, no? So how can one have such dark emotions? It doesn't make sense...It seems to me that they're just trying to fit into some mantra that includes death, loud music, and unintelligible lyrics to sell albums.Tyler wrote:Just because you don't like the theme. Well why not death? Why Love? Not love in the real sense of course i mean the unbelievable stream of generic "love" songs that express nothing. It really doesn't bother me as mostly i just listen to Zeppelin (Who by the way covered Death much after Pages occult obsession began) and Porcupine Tree but i do listen to Death Metal because i find it usually has the most creative musical work and at least the writers write what they actually feel instead of to sell records. Also don't let the name fool you, they don't just discuss Death. If they wanted to sell albums i doubt they would aim for such a niche market.Alboin wrote:There's so many other things you can write about, why death? I don't really understand. This is simply my opinion. I think it would be better not to argue over it.
