can neone plz tell me which parts of the c runtime library, and which functions of the c runtime library are os independant and os specific?

Most ( I think all? ) of the libary is os specific.

I don't really know...since I don't program the C runtime lib stuff.

things tht do file IO, console IO, etc - os specific, other stuff, isnt.

eg: fopen/fread/fgets, kbhit, getch, - os specific
eg: strlen, memmove, atoi, etc - non specific
