how can i make flat binary with mingw or djgpp
or somethimg without the rtl

What don't you like about RTL? It is the internal platform independent code of the program in the compiler, just before translating it to platform dependent code. Of what i know, modern compilers generate only flat memory model code. To make it a binary, you need to cut out the header and some other unneeded functions.
