how would i create and read from a file using the fat fs without dos , just in pure asm ?

are any of the clues in the source for a kernel loader program ? (Mine is dos_load.asm,by some russian guy)

Why pure asm, you better use a high level language for that. Look for a description of a FAT system(you can find it anywhere) and program it your self.
