Request edit rights to wiki

Post by osprogram »

I would like to request edit rights to the wiki. :)

I'd probably like to write a beginner's tutorial.

Btw, maybe everyone should have rights to create pages, but not to modify already existing ones.

P.S. Maybe being the first to find the wiki qualifies me for special treatment? :D

Granted! You should have automatically gotten an email when I added you to the group. Could you let me know if you got it? Still trying to make sure everything is setup just right here.

You have been found to not be a spammer :)

About OSDev in general or a certain topic? I have some stuff related to this that you could probably use from the previous wiki. I'm going to be trying to seed the wiki today so you'll see some of this material appear.

After seeing how the MegaToyko wiki got spammed I'm not really to eager to allow that. And I'd rather not lock pages unless they have achieved perfection or are being currently argued over.

Actually you were very close to the threshold I used to select to initial seed group. Now you have the extra special distinction of being the first to be granted access upon request :)
