Well, according to
files.osdev.org, it was last updated today, so it seems to be frequently updated.

That's not an issue, you can still open it in your browser. Instead of
index.html, the entry point file is named
Main_Page.

Ah, I see the point. I'm indeed running Ubuntu, and that may be the reason why I can read the archive content.
I will try to make an archive suitable for Windows, but I can't tell a date, just that I will think about it a future day.
