Post subject:  Banned ips for wiki
If your ip address is 78.65.213.35 or 185.9.31.93 you'll get forbidden errors when accessing the wiki from now on.

If you make half a million request in 1-2 days and make me get over-utilization warnings from my hosting provider I think it goes a little beyond "interest". And they can still access the forum if there was some mistake on their part and they'd like to discuss it.
