 Post subject: Did my post get deleted ?

Hi ,

I vaguley remember makeing a post in general ramblings section on Getting a good educaiton online. For some reason it vanished , is it deleted due to some reason. I am not sure what forum rules i broke ?

I am just curious. It is not that important anyways

I've checked the moderator logs - I am definitely the person that deleted your post.

I vaguely remember seeing a post that was reported by someone else (can't remember who reported it); and opening the reported post in my web browser to see why, and seeing something that looked like an advertisement for some sort of educational organisation that didn't look like it had anything to do with OS development at all.

It is something I was playing around -basically prototyping stuff, it is not an educational organization - it is on free amazon ec2 instance , not an ad. I am really glad it looked like an educational organization.


That was general ramblings forum , I believe the post had some technical merits . Harsh in my opinion. Anyway I do not really care .
