PDOS and PDPCLIB now 64-bit

PDOS-generic (still in proof of concept) and PDPCLIB can now be built with Visual Studio or mingw64 to produce x64 EFI executables which can be run on a modern PC. There is a FAT12 MBR disk image available in the EFI section of http://pdos.org
