 Post subject: how do i make .exe and dameon files in Sun Java with the Net

im using the newest version of Java from SUN with the Netbeans IDE. how can i (please take me threw step by step (im new to java)) make my projects into .exe files? linux applacations?

GCC has a Java compiler that compiles to native Linux binary.
