The last topic I posted here in OS Dev Forums asked about the demand for high-level programming languages, but this topic was deleted.

Why this topic was deleted?

I don't speak for the admins.
However, people have told you that your questions are off topic, they are a matter of opinion and speculation, not fact, and you ask the same things many times. You also do not discuss things with people, you ignore many posts and demand excessive clarification of minor points from specific members. These things are not useful to anyone but yourself. You are also starting multiple threads. If you have questions that are very similar, ask them in the same thread, do not make many threads.

You asked exactly the same question before (in your previous topic). Most forums frown upon duplicate posts.

Hi,

Essentially the same reason. At the end of the lengthy discussion about programming languages and what to learn to find employment, you then asked the same thing again. The post was reported and I agreed with the reporter that the topic was not going anywhere.

Cheers,
Adam

Whatever the rights and wrongs it is a sad feature of this board that moderators rarely have the courtesy to inform people of the reasons for their decisions, or even to inform them at all. Some boards actually post in the thread a brief comment that some posts have been removed or edited.
