We have a similar drink called a Cement Mixer that causes the Bailey's to curd. It's damn near undrinkable.

Oh, and in comment about expiration dates, I used to work in a Kraft packaging factory where we had a room in which "expired" Mac and Cheese was repackaged into new containers.
