Merry Christmas :D

First Christmas where I have no special plans / visit parents and relatives, due to the pandemic.

Lucky you... I’ve spent the day building/setting up toys for the children.

Hehe, I'm only an Uncle, I leave the hard work to my siblings.

Toys are rubbish now... not as good as the ‘80s

My best Christmas memory was getting a copy of this in ‘90... I don’t think my parents saw me for three days..

I don't understand. Spending Christmas with my children and creating toys for them is the best. Last year for example we have created a little platformer-game together, we enjoyed it a lot! And the year before my younger boy wanted a pirate-sword, so they made one out of wood with my father, again, lots of joy!
Last time when I was just an uncle, we've built a lego mindstorms robot with the visiting kids together, they enjoyed that a lot too. I'm hoping one of these days I can build that with my own children too as they are old enough for robots now.

Cheers,
bzt

My daughter is three, so all she wants to do is play with her Elsa and Anna dolls... And, my son is only one, so much of the day is spent fishing his toys out of the toilet, which for some reason is his favourite place to put them
