I've mentioned before how the fact that this forum is hosted on a 12-year-old version of PHPBB (which likely doesn't run with modern versions of PHP or other dependencies; meaning the entire server is likely very out-of-date and full of security vulnerabilities) isn't a good idea... The forum not having modern anti-spam measures is further evidence of that point.

Does this site even have an active server administrator?

For appropriate definitions of "active". The admin here is chase.

Note that a thread on the recent spam issue exists already in the "About this site" subforum. Discuss there if necessary. ;-)
