Hello,
Is the video buffer address 0xb000/0xb800 any
different in Windows 2000 than in other OSes?

I doubt it... but good luck getting access to it.
You can't access video memory directly in windowed
operating systems or else they're be total
chaos.

And if you're talking about in the msdos box, then
yeah... it's the same. Wouldn't be much of a
DOS box is the memory addresses were mismatched :)
