| Post subject: | Networking BOCHS on a windows host |
Has anyone got BOCHS talking on their network while running on a windows host? No matter what I do it will not talk to the network, and the documentation is sketchy. If you did, do you have the line(s) from the bxrc file or changes to the windows host that will point me in the right direction? Much obliged! |

First of all, Winpcap must be started. The "ethdev" parameter should be the Winpcap device name and is of the form "\Device\NPF_{xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx}". Use the Niclist program that comes with Bochs to see a list of all usable devices. |
