I have added a single install script for my OS from the live code I'm working in.

You need WGET for it to be able to download the source code.

This will install the operating system to the specified drive letter's root directory (will download code and tools, build and install under Windows):

C:\START.BAT
C:\RAWSTART.BAT -- to run custom kernels, modify stuff with EDIT and DOSLFN
C:\OS -- OS directory

Then it needs to be booted from DOS with START.BAT (you can mount a virtual Bochs disk or boot from a real old machine with Win9x lower than Windows Millenium).

I'm thinking to create a single file install C program that can be downloaded and compiled under Windows, Linux or other OSes to do the same with portability.
