Hey Everyone. You might have seen my other post, but I have reset the project, and I have some different goals for the project. Here are my new goals for the project:
- A new filesystem ( 32-bit sector entries ) - OrbFS
- A advanced NTDLR-like bootloader w/ config options ( BOOT.INI )
- The bootloader written in ASM
- The kernel written in C
- Aero-like theme
Oh. And one thing - My OS is inspired by Windows Vista end of support ( It was a great OS! ) And, I didn't want to see it go, so I want to make an OS like it. I don't want binary compatibility.
