I just few days ago formatted all my files. And then I installed XP professional. And now there comes some "thing". At first it shows some error and then there comes this small window where seconds start counting. When it hits 1 min then it restarts my computer. when it comes, then completely random.
I have no idea what could be the problem
Is it a virus?

It's a Blaster Worm. Get a firewall from somewhere, then get a patch from Windows Update, finally use your antivirus software to remove the worm from your computer.
