How many times a day do you check OSdev.org?

I was wondering how often people checker the forum, because I have to say I have an unhealth addiction to it

I do alot. but I don't spend too much time here though, I just check for new stuff and if there isn't any I get out.

I try to keep it down to 2, unless I'm actively trying to help someone with an issue on a thread.

(... but sometimes I get bored programming, and I come here as an excuse to stop for a little while

About 20-100 for me. Whenever I get code compiling I just click the "osdev.org" bookmark on my browser and try and occupy the time
