Searched high and low and still found no way to change user name! My buddy "helped" me on the keyboard
hopefully I am not stuck with gofer! Could someone enlighten me on how to change the entry, please.

Why not just create a new account? The loss of your posting record is hardly a big deal. |

User Control Panel > Profile > Edit account settings > Username It's right there. |

It indicates a lot of things. P.S. I've changed my user name with the capital M to indicate that it's my real first name. I didn't that we could change that, thanks. |

I meant, the user with more posts is more trust worthy, and vice versa. That's not always correct but is a good approximation. The user that joined 10 years ago and is still here indicates that he's serious about OS development as compared to the one that joined, asked a question, and never returned. |

The person I referred to had a total of two posts when I made that comment. (Now three.) Hardly a sufficient record to make any useful judgement. |
