I tried accessing it from the OSDev Wiki page about USB:

http://www.usb.org/developers/docs/usb_20_122909-2.zip

The link above is broken. So I had to visit the USB.org documents page and saw this new ZIP link:

http://www.usb.org/developers/docs/usb_20_071411.zip

For some reason, the first one is missing. Maybe the new one is the right one now. Maybe something is different, corrected or added in that specification (a generic list of changes is included in the USB.org documents page and errata(s) in the ZIP file anyway). And maybe they might break the link again by creating a new USB 2.0 document version.

Oh, yeah! :o
That must be some sort of crazy coincidence though, because it can't be an actual date.

Sure it can, and it is. July 14th, 2011 is a perfectly valid date. So it looks to be either the date the zipfile was created, or the date of the newest document in the file. Quoted from the usb.org website:
Quote:
Errata for "On-The-Go and Embedded Host Supplement to the USB Revision 2.0 Specification, Revision 2.0, June 4, 2010" as of July 14, 2011

Amendments to USB 2.0, for example, newer cable/connector designs.. document errata, etc.

If you look on that page it clearly lists the dates for additions to the zip archive, number 29 is dated for July 2011, so the Wiki should be linking to usb.org, not directly to the files.

The following links should also be added:
http://www.usb.org/developers/devclass_docs
http://www.usb.org/developers/defined_class/
