 Post subject: Cross-compiler tutorials retargeted.

I took the liberty and did a global replace of "/usr/cross" with "/usr/local/cross" to honor the Filesystem Hierachy Standard. I hope no-one objects.

Nope, I certainly hope nobody copy/pastes these instructions anyway.. choose a path that makes sense to you, IMO, that's my home directory.

I always choose /usr/cross/$TARGET/, it gets easier when you have more than one (which I might one day).
