I have some problems with my original account. I changed my email address but I didn't get email to confirm the change because my old email address wasn't active and since then I'm unable to login. #-o I've tried to contact Chase few times, but so far I haven't got replay. So if some of you [moderators or Chase himself] can help me, I will appreciate that [-o<

Thanks.
:)

I had this happen once. It is quite annoying. Although, my problem was from me not having access to my old internet mail account. Nevertheless, hopefully this will bump the topic back up where Chase might notice it.

Sorry your last email was send right before the sever fell down and I haven't migrated all my mail over. You probably never got you re-activation notice when you changed your email address because you have a hotmail address on the old account. hotmail is extremely bad about filtering email they should not be filtering. My ip address was never listed in any RBL, had the same static ip (not shared) for a long time, had reverse dns configured, was never an open relay, and had SPF configured. When I looked into what was going on I found out that osdev.org wasn't the only domain having problems with hotmail. Hotmail requires small sized organizations to pay money in order to keep emails from being flagged/blocked as spam. How much you ask, $1400.00 for the first year. See senderscorecertified.com for the official web page of this scam.

I've migrated over to using googles mail servers now so it is possible that people using hotmail might actually start getting emails consistently. But if you really want to avoid email problems you'll have to switch to something other than hotmail.
