I couldn't access either the forum or the wiki for about 5 minutes at about 7:45 pm today (GMT +1)(about 5 minutes 8 minutes ago), was that normal?

I've just increased the max connections for the database and for apache (again). At this rate I'm going to need a better server soon.

I couldn't access the site for a couple of hours, but from the look of things it was not an issue with the server as my connections weren't even reaching it (according to traceroute), and other people I asked could access it.
