 Post subject: New Computers

I just acquired 2 old laptops from a curriculum swap!

One of them doesn't work, one of them boots but doesn't have an OS on it. Gold!

They are both Dell Latitude D630 laptops. If any of you know specs, I would really like to know! These could be useful from an OSDev perspective.

Dell usually has a service tag ID next to the model number on the bottom. If I recall correctly, it is a 6 character alpha-numeric number. Their web site will tell you EXACTLY the configuration they shipped given that service tag id.
