as in previous versions, the disk image is shipped with the sources (os8.bin)

Hope it will work better with my weird pointing device this time :P

Unfortunately i did not improved the mouse driver so i guess it will be the exact same thing with that pointing device...

I mainly worked on true color resolutions, API tables for external applications and new gui controls / style.

However in next version i will concentrate on improving drivers for hardware including mouse/pointing devices ... so hopefully, at that time, i will be able to make your pointing device work.

note that simply using the arrows and spacebar as a pointing control would be fine for me ;)

I know that nitpicking on names isn't really constructive, but...

...for reasons that should be obvious, I considered calling my OS project "Solar OS", too. Be aware that Sun (makers of Solaris OS) isn't kind to people they consider to be infringing on their trademark. Consider chosing a less "confuseable" name!

Sorry to confuse names Solar

But i have registered many firms in Romania under the name of Solar and variations... dating back from 1994 ... so i kind of consider it my company name...

I own or I am major share holder of "Solar Software" and "SolarSoft" software firms in Romania... (registered under the chambers of commerce and all stuff) ... and before that i have owned other companys with SOLAR name also...

It is not my intention to make any confusion...
I noticed that your nick here is "Solar" ... sorry but i do not see how can I fix this issue? Do you have any propositions?

I could change to "SolOS" as i oscillate in between SOLAR and shortname "Sol" but basically they both mean the same...

It is NOT my intention to infringe on Sun's copyright and i think their OSes have distinct name(s)... in case they have any complaints i am sure that my lawers can discuss it with them's and we will reach a mutual and fair agreement ...
