There's apparently a fair bit of interest in a meetup in the Netherlands. I've confirmed with the board that I can use the local hackerspace, which means that on the 2nd of July from 10:00 AM local time onward, you are invited to

Randomdata
Parkstraat 40, Utrecht

You can get free parking on Sunday, but there are many buses stopping nearby and the train station is roughly a 20 minute walk.

Most developers here are from Europe? Any meeting happened here in SiValley in the past?

Dunno about the most. I'm kinda from Europe (originally from Russia), living in the valley now.
P.S. IOW, it makes us at least two if we want a local osdev meeting somewhere between SF and SJ.

The popular vote goes to July 2nd. I've been poking to see if I could get a friend from ARM to give a talk, but unfortunately he's not in the country during that month so that's the only statistic for me to go by right now. (Sorry, MollenOS)

Of the 5 people who signed up, only one actually arrived so that was a bit of a bummer. Still quite an entertaining day.
