Post subject: Programs on a CD

Due to the fact that my school doesn't let us install programs on its computers, I am forced to find another alternative to using my programs.

I was thinking of putting the installed windows programs on a cd and being able to boot the programs off the cd.

Is there any way to do this considering I would have to install the original programs on the cd?
