If you do not know how to convert HEX to DEC then OSDev is defiantly not for you.

You know I would think one would have at-least some knowledge about computer science before joining here...


@OP: I only mean a-little offence with my posts :twisted:. You should study up on the processor(s), language(s), and every other aspect of Computer Science before asking anything else... Google is your friend.

HINT: Any computer calculator can convert HEX to DEC, even the one on MS Windows...
