I recently purchased item 4681 - 3D LightSquared DIY Kit 4x4x4 2*5*7MM LED Cube White LED Blue from ICStation.
But they do not have the source code. Can anyone do some help for me? Thanks!

You might want to ask for documentation, too, not only for source code.

Welcome pro-programs!

What does the OS, in OSDev forum, stand for?

If you believe the answer to be "open source"...
..then you've done goofed.

Ooof.

And what does the "General" in "General Programming" stand for?

"General" sections are quite common on programming forums, however, joining a forum dedicated to one specialized field only to ask something considered "loosely related" suggests misfire to me.. especially if it's your first post.

There's a proper reference to the software you need:

It's a typo though, but google will autocorrect it for you.
