Images around tables

I was wondering what everyones opinion is on images around tables.

Too see what I mean look at http://www.agigames.com/board/attachments/example.gif

See how it has the nice look around the tables?

Well what does everyone think of this.

I like that look alot better. And may I recommend using TextPad for writing PHP instead of notepad?

It's not some bloated text editor, it's a nice simple multi-windowed/tabbed text editor with PHP syntax highlighting. Makes reading your code lots easier than the ol black & white notepad. Just a suggestion.

I found it while working on YaBBSE.

I also found textpad in the same topic but didn't like it as much.

my editing toggles between homesite and ultraedit.

Seems like the thick top borders should have something on them.

Yeah they can have stuff in them but I couldn't decide what I should put in them yet.
