 Post subject: Finding info about various devicves.

hi,
how can i find the info on motherboard, ram.
I saw one program which told even voltages and which slot is free and used(ram and pci). The frequency of ram, company etc.

I know how to do scan pci bios and cpuid.

Can anybody help?

PCI scan and CPUID are addressed in the WikiFAQ http://www.osdev.org/osfaq2/.

All the rest you're talking about is likely to be provided by the SMBIOS (also in the WikiFAQ)

yes,
SMBIOS seems to be what i wanted. But Not enough info on the wiki faq.

Googling gave me enough info.
