I don't know also where to put the interrupt handlers!
How big must a stack be?

I don't know what gdt is. Linear address are valid. (well at least from my experiance :p)


I don't know the exact mininum is but I believe that a stack has
to be a few bytes long to function

gdt is Global Descroptor Table and is used for memory management in Protected Mode
